I've used moly grease with good results.  Guarenteed to stay put until you
get around to finishing and starting the engine.

What do you guys use? Ted Schumacher mentioned using STP (though his opinion
is that the "new" STP isn't as good as the "old" STP) for the cam and
tappets. Any hints and tips?
