I fabricated an aluminum plate similar to the original SU heat sheild 
but with an offset throttle cable port.
I just folded an ear over on some heavy aluminum, drilled a hole in it 
to accept the brass nub of the accell cable and it works.
I have since acquired a Cannon intake with a cable spot already on it.
A nice piece of aluminum would be that "No Parking" sign up the street.
