I require instructions for removing the Bakelite knob from the
ignition/headlight switch. I've pushed on the little thingy that sticks
through the hole in the knob hoping that the knob would then be released and
come off, but even with a lot a wiggling the knob didn't appear to budge. Can
anyone make a suggestion?
