RE: Mallory dizzy question

I found a couple of small setscrews on mine that seem to hold an aluminym plate 
(under the brass pints plate) in place. I took 'em out last night, but the 
thing still wouldn't budge. I'm going to try some penetrant and see if that 
helps.
