Hi Cap'n,

I used a Crane/Allison for many years with a Lucas Sports coil.  Never a
problem with it.  Did swap out the coil for another hotter one though
eventually,  Never had a problem with about 225,000 miles on the Crane unit.
Then it started to fail and they gave me another one on the lifetime
guarantee!  Hard to beat stuff like that.

Can't blame the coil on that one!!
