Man!.... they said the fires were going to be under control.... Yeah
right... 901 houses burned - and that's before the cedar fire reached the
small town of Cuyamaca, one of my favorites weekend drives (they have a
beautiful lake). The town is 90% burned. I used to live in the community of
Crest: 50% burned. My old house is gone. The fire is now heading for the
historic town of Julian. I have friends there. Hope this nightmare is going
to finish sometimes soon.
