       here's my 2 cents, since you asked.

       there is either bone stock, or NOT. since you already are using
       the better disk brakes, then its NOT, and you should use
       whatever works best, or you have on hand. .. you don't intend
       to sell, .. you intend to drive. make it the most trouble free
       enjoyable DRIVER you can. .. save the rare parts for another
       time.
