Yeah...

The whole adversarial, fear, intimidation
bullsh-t ways are so damn unconstructive
and wasteful of everyone's time, energy,
etc.

Being fortunate enough to find decent,
educated management teams,
bosses/corporations to work for is really
the only way to go....providing one has
a choice, that is. When it's not, union is
unfortunately, the only way to go.

It's a damn shame. 'Cause then, as
RBH says, it usually gets even more
adversarial. It's all so childish and
wasteful.
