Moss support, what an oxymoron. Similar to Military intelligence........

Unfortunately, since Moss is too ignorant to supply the instructions with their
Chinese switches, you will just have to try combos till it works. Next time, do
yourself a favor, buy your switches from one of our three list parts suppliers.
They are good folks, and a durn sight more helpful than the fatherless Moss
phone drones.........
