And I'm no Brad Pitt (though an unusually
near look-alike, of course!:), so "spur of
the moment stuff" in terms of public
transport ain't for us. Even I can't show
up "suddenly" at an American counter
and expect the sort of "instant" handling
I could expect prior to "9/11", as an
ex-employee.
Lowest fares are normally obtained
with "advanced" bookings (future filled
seats normally being a priority, most
definitely since de-regulation).
Of course, "spilt milk" ain't gonna help
you out at this point, anymore than
"crying in our beer" with respect to the
rehashing of old news as in the current
"9/11 hearings"! Done deal...learn & fix...
do better next time.
