Yep, you have an OPUS unit.

Unfortunately, I can't help you with the Crane install, as I've never
done it. I'm running a Mallory dual-point on mine...

Okay, thanks for that and your patience, I think I'm getting it. My
dizzy doesn't have that exact number but the number it has corresponds
to 1975 OE EID distributor per the VB catalog and it does have the box
on the side, with a vacuum diaphragm hooked to it - sounds right?
