Larry,

 From memory, the other end of the hose goes through a bracket welded 
to the frame and is held there in the bracket hole with a large nut 
and star lock washer. That end has a female end to accept the line 
fitting. The other end goes into the slave where a hard line normally 
goes. Somewhere around I have one of those hoses. I'll see if I can 
find it and get you some size/thread sizes.
