I know that it's all humor but do remember, our friends up in DC are 
the folks who let a SMALL minority dictate that we all need to do all 
of this for disabled folks.  It costs us MONEY for this foolishness and 
there are SEVERE penalties for not doing it.  And also remember that 
common sense DOES NOT figure into anything that the Federal Government 
deals with.  Sorry, bit of a rant...  I'm filling out various tax forms 
to prove that I've filled out other tax forms so that they can check 
this against other tax forms at the end of the year to makes sure that 
I wrote the right numbers down on no fewer than 17 tax forms...
