I always just used the silicon/rubber what ever it is line that came with the kit and connected to the bleeders...never have used the "plastic tees". I think those are for pulling vacume on a line or something of that nature for testing selenoids etc.. I've bleed brakes on 4wheelers, 3 MG's and even used it to transfer some fluids once....seems to work fine for me, although it does take some getting used to I will admit.
