That's fine. The engine has to be pretty snotty to
accommodate the 1.5" carbs, so with a (probably)
radical cam and a modified head, I'd say you're in
great shape with 1000 RPM idle.
Great fun at Flounderpalooza today, BTW. Off to take
some Lipitor after the (phenomenal) homemade cheese
curds and potato chips.
