Subject: Hazard Switch

Hey folks,
I have promised to send a hazard switch to a lister with a 72 Midget. I
happen to have two different types; one has a six round posts coming out the
back that plug into a single monolithic connector, the other has five
discreet mini-spade connectors that each connect to a separate wire. Which
one do you think will be correct? They do not want to open the console until
they are ready to finish it (don't blame them myself).

David,

To further complicate the question, my 72 Midget has 6 mini-spades each with
an individual wire coming from it. Moss shows a "replacement" switch for
the 68 - 72 models and then a different switch for 73 on. Could it be that
they combined two of the 6 connections in 73 and then did the same for the
"replacement" earlier switches? That would be my best guess -- emphasis on
"guess".
