The list pretty much took care of this locktab thing already, but I'd 
like to add my .02 cents.  I was recently at APT and asked David Anton 
for some lockwashers for the flywheel of my new 1275.  He stated that 
locktabs should not be used ANYWHERE on the engine.  Locktite the usual 
fasteners that require locktabs.
