Hello to everyone - hope you all had great Christmases and that Santa
was good to you this year.
Got a new 20 gallon parts cleaning tank from my wife (God bless her
heart!), along with a couple of cool stools for the garage.
When I was a kid working weekends and summers in my Dad's auto repair
garage (when I swore I would never work on cars again, lol) one of my
jobs was cleaning parts in the huge tank there. He used kerosene, and my
hands "tingled" for hours & stunk, no matter how much I washed.
Its been a long time since I've done a lot of parts cleaning so I am
wondering what are the recommended solvents & fluids? Must be something
better out there now I hope.
