I think you may be right.  I purchased the wire wheels
on my bugeye from Stan from an ad he ran in Autoweek
when it was still in tabloid newspaper style in the
early 80s. The ad had a picture of that car on the
top.   He  taught me the trick of pressing out the
disc wheel axles another 5/8" so I could use them with
 the wire wheel hubs.  If I remember correctly, Stan
had a works Sebring Sprite at one time, maybe one of
the '59 cars?  

As far as the colonscopy goes,  my Dad had colon
cancer so as much as I neglect the rest of my health
rituals, I've been faithful to that one.  If you've
been hanging back because it sounds uncomfortable, as
Houston says, the drugs are so good you don't have any
idea it ever happened.  Although on my last one, it
was a little disconcerting to find out the male
nurse's last job was as a plumber's assistant.  Even
he saw the irony in that one.
