On the other hand it does seem he was wearing a coat on a hot day.  Surely 
this had nothing to do with the fact he's a brazilian and used to a very 
different climate, it is obvious to any reasonable person that the only thing 
to 
do with such a person is to shoot him five times. 

Did anyone else read the part about that guy jumping a turnstyle and running 
from the police? Seems to me he knew what he was doing when he tried to evade 
the cops! Shoulda thought it through first!!!
