Bodywork how-to book

Can anyone recommend a good book for learning some basic bodywork? There
are sone shallow dents on the cowl where my windshield was ripped off
that I'd like to pop back out rather than just filling the cavity with
bondo. I have a somple set of body hammers and dollies and I want to
learn how to use them. :)
