Check www.autobodystore.com There is a good forum and a supposedly good
video series.
Also check www.paintucation.com Same thing.

Be careful with the hammer and dolly, you could make it worse. A dent
stretches the steel so in order to get it to go back flat you have to shrink
the steel which is the tricky part. Just hammering on it may stretch the
steel even more giving you the oil can effect.
One of the reasons bondo was invented...
