Hmmmm.  Driving on Southern California freeways I have seen the same guy 
regularly reading his morning newspaper while slowly  in traffic.  And 
of course, the are the teen and twenties women applying their make-up 
while driving along, albeit at "only" 25 mph.  It all goes to prove 
there is no law against stupid!
