"Even the guilty can sue you..."

unscrupulous people hire unscrupulous lawyers...as in the prior WST message
wherein he hit the person ahead of him due
to circumstances beyond his control, but instead chose the ethical route after
being "legally" advised to.....

"tell the court he backed into you" (while
removing his car's front end from the tail
of the car ahead, no doubt).

What opened up this "avenue" was a homeowner shooting a guy trespassing in
his home at o'darkthirty wherein the homeowner was convicted of using
unreasonable force and some dumbass
judge and jury decided the rights of the
criminal came before the rights of the
culprit. A case of dumb and dumber to be
sure.....but it set the precedent for criminal
"rights" the upshot of which costs us over $25k per criminal per year in the
hoosegow.

They get a better HBO package "rate" then we do!! 'Course, that's not all they
get but
"Cinemax" East/West???
