Other spoke on the fuel filter, or lack of one from the factory.
Couple of horn things to check.
The fuse,
The little plastic horn contact under the MG steering wheel pad, it just 
pops off.
Or the horn itself.
To check the horn, just run 12 volts to the terminals, if it blows, 
swell. If not, cheap generic Beep-beep horns are quick and easy 
replacements.
