Rick,
These work furloughs can be awful, and totally deplete
person's life savings. The guy 2 doors down from me
was furloughed from Chrysler in Belvidere when I first
moved here. While he was home making 95% of his pay,
he found out his wife (who used to scold me for
working on my Sprite on the Lord's day) was banging
the cabana boys at the country club 2 at a time during
those lonely days when he worked. It cost him over
$500K to get the divorce (she found out about the
hookers, but that's a story for SOS).
