I would suggest that you take the oil cooler and one of the 
engine oil fittings down to Granberry or any hydraulic hose 
supplier that you can find locally, and tell them what length of 
hose(s) you need.  They almost all have more fittings than 
anyone could dream of, and will make up the necessary hoses on 
the spot.  If they don't have the required ends in stock, they 
can certainly get them!
