do not forget the trip over "lookout mountain" to the desert museum!    the
more recent renovations to the museum's animal areas as well as a chance to
drive through some very impressive protected cactus is quite a sight.  
the pima air museum can really take some time between the indoor exhibits
and wandering amongst some of the oldest and more historic jets and other
craft too!
wich is really convieniently located near the place that recycles and
restores and distributes parts from the retired moth ball'd ex military air
fleet.
oh yeah and ask  about look out mountain's history too!  it is an
interesting piece of history of that region.
