Welcome to our list.
If the gas gauge and tach work, the fuse is OK.
Sometimes the fuse is just corroded and not making contact.
Roll it or clean it with steel wool.
The fuse box is under the hood near the hinge on the passenger side.
There are 2 fuses for the parking lights up under the dash (Facia) up
behind the glove box.
Most likely it's a bad flasher unit or a bad connection at the hazzard
switch.
If the lights light up but don't blink, it's the flasher. That is up
under the glove box too. It's a 2 prong flasher and available at any
auto parts store.
If the flashers work, that means all the bulbs and grounds are good.
But the turn signals get their power from a jumper at the hazzard switch
and due to the age, the connections and/or switch go bad.
The 4 ways are hot all the time, the turn signals are only hot when the
key is on. But in the radio console at the hazzard switch, there are
some wires. Find the solid green wire and another solid green with a
tiny black band near the end of the wire. Connect these 2 together and
the signals should work when the key is on.
You will loose the 4 ways but this means the switch is dirty or shot.
A few things to check out anyway.
Good luck
