Everybody. PLEASE check your brake hoses. Most are embossed with a date.
If they are 10 years old, think of them as 10 year old tires. They may 
POP at any time. CUT THEM OFF and buy new.
A set of new rubber hoses is about $50, new stainless hoses are about 
$75. NOS is NOT acceptable when it comes to brake hoses.
If there is no date on your hoses, they could be 48 years old.
Sure, we tight but we also want to tell others we tight ;)
Check and replace those hoses every 10 years.
