Re: the point set screw not being tight.  Those buggers are pretty
small, and one could easily twist the head off, if one is not careful.
In other words, it is as easy to over-tighten as it is to not get it
tight enough.  One of those "practice, practice, practice" things, I
guess.

Maybe you krimped the fuel line?
Points may not have been tight like Bud said, BTDT a few times.
And it takes about 20 miles or so to show up.
