More dizzy help..

OK, I have the dizzy and bracket out but I can't seem to get the  
driver out.  I have the long bolt screwed in  but the driver just  
budges a TINY fraction of an inch.  I realize that it has to spin  
coming off the gear drive but it doesn't.  NOW, I see a bolt that is  
under where the dizzy bracket is(Not visible until you remove the  
dizzy mounting bracket)  Do I needs to remove this bolt?
