For those attending BusterCluster2006:

Synopsis:
General circulation patterns support the current model forecasts with
an upper level high pressure system over the southern Plains as a
return to the southwest Monsoon develops in the next few days along
the Sierra Nevada Occidentals across Mexico northward into the central
rockies of Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and parts of Nevada.
This moisture fetch into the intermountain west will extend into
southern California on Friday bringing an increase in clouds and a
chance for some showers and/or thunderstorms, especially against the
mountains inland from the coastal region.

Developing low pressure over the lower San Juaquin valley will induce
an onshore wind component from Point Conception south into the
northern Baja. The onshore component will help to spread the Pacific
marine layer inland throughout the weekend. This will produce early
morning fog in the coastal areas and will lower daily high
temperatures a little in conjunction with the reduced insolation due
to the monsoonal cloud cover.

Forecast:
Friday: Partly cloudy. Morning low in the upper 60s. High around 90.

Saturday: Partly cloudy. Morning low in the mid 60s. High 88 to 90.

Sunday: Partly cloudy. Morning low in the mid 60s. High around 90.

Cheers!!
Jim - 68 Midget in Dodge City
