I don't know about New York, but in Mass. when you ask for Regla cuffee, you
get 2 or 3 heaping spoonfuls of sugar with 2 or 3 lifts of the cream
dispenser!  Kinda like warm coffee candy!!

ZOWIE!  Will lift up a drunk from the doldrums!!
