Grinding a bolt to a point seems to be a good option.
I've tried drift punches, phillips screwdrivers, etc.
and still cannot get lineup. For some reason the mount
seems to be in a real bind up-and-down wise. I know it
is going to be a tight fit, but this borders on
absurd.

I've lined up more bolts and boltholes than most and
this one is getting me!
