| On the backplate of the stock bugeye brakes are 2 eyes 180 degrees apart that I think must hold the spiral shoe steadying springs. Is this right? If so, how do I compress the spring enough from the outside of the brake shoe to catch the inner part of the spring on the eye? Thanks.
