Hi,

Thanks to all the folks who responded to my question about removing the hood.
As everybody said, it was a piece of cake.

I'm now looking at the rust areas and would like your help again in deciding
what to do about it. That is, can these areas just be bondoed or are they
important structural members.

First - the nose of the hood.

Obviously, not of structral importance but what do folks do here. Slap on the
bondo?

Second, the rockers and side cowl panel.

That big hole in the rocker panel had been covered with fiberglass by the DPO.
Should I do the same?
Can you also see the hole in the side cowl. Can I just clean it up and bondo?

Third. The wheelwell. Should I just use fiberglass again?

The passenger side is in the same state:

Lastly, the floor boards. OK, don't laugh, but the driver's side had 2 inches
of rainwater. The passenger side carpet was also soaked. Is there a way to
determine if the floor pans are safe or if they need replacing. I suppose I
could jump up and down on them! Ha! Seriously, what is a good test?

Thanks for any help.

Regards, Adrian
