My eBay sprite saga...

Folks,

The seller of the so-called "restored" car has not replied to my mail 
about refunding some of my hard won cash for mis-representing the 
Sprite as being 'Restored'...
So I've decided to try the legal route and go to Civil Court...
Is there a lister in the St. Louis Missouri area than can give me the 
name of an attorney that would represent me??
