It's center of the wheel on Peter's Sprite. 65-67 are all identicle.
68- somewhere in 70 was all stalk mounted and the steering wheel looked
the same but had a smaller (5/8") hub.
what I have gathered is side curtain cars all used the same wheel and
center mounted horn button.
65-67 was 3/4" spline, banjo steering wheel and larger center mount horn
button.
68-70 (BL onset) went to a stalk mounted horn but with a similar banjo
steering wheel only no horn, not adaptable for a horn, and 5/8 spline so
it will not interchange with a 65-67 wheel.
71 on was a whole bunch of different wheels but with the horn back in
the center. holes, slots, no holes or slots all so you couldn't get your
finger stuck in the steering wheel, this was the begining of the dumbing
down of the world. Make everything idiot proof.
