That's an ultra-rare factory installed Nitrous injection solenoid.  OK,
maybe not.
My 0.02 is that if you can get away with not having the emissions crap, then
do it.
Someone please explain to me why you would want a gulp valve.  I am sure it
does something good.  I may even need one.  But, I just don't know why.
