Found the problem with the parking lights, the red/green wire had pulled 
off of the fuse block and was hiding under the heater fan. Also got the 
oil cooler installed this morning but still no luck with the horn.

The signal/horn stalk is relatively new-ish and from the wiring diagram 
it doesn't look like there are any bullet connectors in the horn 
circuit. Other than trying a different horn does anyone have any 
suggestions on how to fix this?
