Spokes provide suspension on a bike.
So does the air in the tyres.

So, unless your bike is of the Flintstone's
variety, you have suspension.

Suspension would be springs and dampers.  Of all
the bikes I've owned  none
have had springs and dampers.  Bike as in bicycle.
