What gets me is that people say "rust free" when they mean "no rust
perforation".

I've arrived to look at more than a few "rust free" cars that wouldn't pass
a 50 yard inspection for "rust free".

Maybe they mean that the rust is included free of charge with the purchase
of the car?? :)

Frank,

What I must admit amuses me most are the "rust free cars".

There is no such thing. Cracks me up every time I see that on eBay.

How about a Fully Restored Rust Free Car. wheeeeeee

Restored
Refreshed
Repainted
Repaired
and of course, replaced

The Holy Sprite will be Restored
my 59 was restored but will get repainted
my 1st Sprite, a 67 was "replaced" with a different 67 but I still
"restored" the different 67 last year.
New paint and an interior mean refreshed (but on Ebay that means 100%
ground up restoration)
And since most of us reapair our cars monthly, you all know what that means.
