My gear box likes to tighten up after I am out on the road. I need to bleed
the slave. . but last night I needed to make a run and didn't have much
time. .
I took my grinder and ground off part of the back of the stop stub behind
the clutch pedal. I had already attempted (earlier on) to adjust the
clutch. So with the stop piece ground down about 1/4 inch, or less, the
car ran just fine! I was finally able to open the clutch enough to get
around without any issues.
Of course this is no doubt a short cut asking for future trouble. . so I
will be getting under the car and dealing with things as should be dealt
with.
