I know some fuel line likes to melt with some gas these days.
I found that out with the 58 and the 67 as black mud was clogging the 
floats and fuel filter.
Now there is what, about 1 foot total of rubber fuel line on a Sprite?
It took about 10 miles to mess thing us and this was from new.
