If it happening to all 4 plugs is something communal to all. Is the engine
block grounded properly? - put a jump lead between the head and ground on
the battery as you turn over to make sure that is OK. If they are new h.t.
leads are they the string/carbon type (and is there a wire from the string
to the metal spark plug cap?) or are they the proper copper wire leads?
(That allow radio interference.) I've known people try to screw the copper
wire plug covers into string leads and use washers on the string with 'screw
down' type distributer caps. Is the carbon piece in the top of the inside
of the distributer cap making contact with the rotor arm? Are there trace
lines inside the dizzy cap or on the plug insulators? Have you tried
pulling the h.t. leads from the plug tops and putting a spare plug in and
grounding that to see if it sparks.
It could still be odd-ball problems such as those above as it seems you
have tried most other things.

Have you had a look at the electrics in the dark to see if you are getting
undue arcing anywhere?

Best of luck

Guy R Day
