Looks like the winner is Leyland White.  Manufactured 12/77 GAN6UJ203455 G.  
I'll see if I can find a local shop to match it and load up some rattle cans.

According to the website, for 1500's:
 
Glacier White (BLVC59) Until Aug '77
Leyland White (BLVC206) Aug '77 to June '78
[3] Porcelain White (BLVC243) June '78 on
 
3. Porcelain White was also known as Ermine White or 
Leyland White.
 
So, yours is most likely Leyland White (BLVC206), but 
could be Glacier White (BLVC59) if it was produced prior to August 
'78.
