[Spridgets] No LBC - All grain brewing

Since we Spridget people tend to be an inventive lot...

Any of you out there all-grain homebrewers? What do you use for a mash
tun? I'm using the "monitored brewpot" method and I'm having trouble
keeping a consistent temperature. What's worked for you guys?
