I bought something similar to this from Costco 2 years ago. Paid only about
$200 or $250. I did not have it anchored to the ground (it was anchored to
boards that sat under the tires on the car) my car got "stuck" at the shop
waiting for an inspection and the damn thing blew across my lawn and twisted
itself up a bit.
If you get it bolt it down.

My only concern would be this turning into a sail in the wind. I'd be
darned sure you have good anchor bolts deep into the slab... Even then,
thunderstorm downburst winds can reach in excess of 200 mph which would
likely peel the canvas off the frame.
