I used to watch Sprockets on Saturday Night Live with Mike Myers, and as
such I feel as though I have come away with a pretty good understanding of
German engineering. . . well, maybe not.
Yes, the oil pressure for an oil line in a Porsche or any other car that
uses a hose as part of it's oil transfer system would indeed be less than
the hydraulic pressure in a clutch line . . something that I did not think
about until you sent this email.
I might try to braze it together as has been done by one of our listers . .
to good success as he indicated.
Sorry that I do not offhand recall who was helping me with the idea of
brazing the two together. . or I might just run the smaller slave since
this time around I did not have issues with the slave cyl anyhow.
